Customer Service/Sales
Duties:
Provide consultative sales advice to customers primarily over the phone, but also in person and via email.
Utilize customer computer software (MS Great Plains/NetSuite) to answer customer questions and enter orders.
Work closely with warehouse, purchasing and other service reps to ensure the best customer service experience possible for each customer.
Ideal Candidate will have:
Minimum of 2 years lighting/electrical experience required.
Strong and positive phone/people skills
High level of attention to detail.
Must be self-motivated problem solver.
Must have basic math and strong verbal skills.
Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 based on experience. Medical benefits. 401k with match.
Hours: M-Th 8a-4p, F 8a-3p
Location: 9320 Johnson Drive, Merriam KS
